高校管理干部赴境外培训是扩大教育开放,推进高等教育国际化的重要举措,已成为干部素质提升和专业发展的新常态。本文借鉴云南高校管理干部赴加拿大培训的实践,梳理培训产出,提出相关启示。

The training of university management cadres to overseas education is an important measure to expand education opening and promote the internationalization of higher education. It has become the new normal of cadre quality improvement and professional development. This paper draws on the practice of training cadres from many universities in Yunnan to go to Canada for training,combing the training output and proposing relevant enlightenment.
