Exploration on the Construction of Higher College Grass-roots League Organizations Based on Mobile Learning

当前高职院校基层团组织存在学生团员意识比较薄弱、基层团组织制度不完善、团干部职责不清晰、团支部缺乏活力等问题。网络新媒体时代,基层团组织需要改变思维,从思想上加强团员意识教育,通过成立网上团支部协助完成线上线下的团务工作,优化团日活动形式,提高支部凝聚力,发挥团组织优势,引导团员自我教育,实现基层团组织的移动学习和管理。

At present,there are some problems in the grass-roots League organizations of higher vocational colleges,such as weak awareness of League members,imperfect system of grass-roots League organizations,unclear responsibilities of League cadres,lack of vitality of League branches,etc. In the era of network new media,grass-roots League organizations need to change their thinking,strengthen ideological awareness education of League members,and help complete online and offline League affairs through the establishment of online League branches. The League branch needs to optimize the activities of the League Day in order to improve the cohesion of the branch,give full play to the advantages of the League organization to guide its members to self-education,and realize the mobile learning and management of the grass-roots League organizations.
