摘要
随着高校临退休人员数量的不断增加,该群体在身份转变过渡期出现诸多问题,如:焦虑、逆反等,对高校和谐劳动关系创建提出新的挑战。为了更好地克服、解决这些问题,通过对美国退休准备教育研究,结合我国高校临退休人员管理实际,提出高校临退休人员管理建议。
With the increasing number of retirees in colleges,this group has many problems in the transition period of identity change,such as anxiety and reversal etc.,which poses new challenges to the establishment of harmonious labor relations in colleges. In order to better overcome and solve these problems,through the study of American retirement preparation education,combined with the management of college retirees in China,it proposes management suggestions for college retirees.
