The Present Situation and Countermeasures of Teaching Secretaries in Higher Colleges Based on the Modernization of Education

国家教育现代化建设的新形势下,高校教学秘书的在教学管理中的作用愈发重要,通过分析高校教学秘书在教学管理中的现状,探讨了教学秘书岗位出现问题的解决对策,提出高校应该重视教学管理,解决教学秘书的现状问题,稳定和提高教学管理质量,提升高校创新服务水平。

Under the new situation of national education modernization,the function of teaching secretary in higher colleges becomes more and more important. By analyzing the present situation of teaching secretary participating in teaching management in higher colleges,this paper explores the countermeasures to solve the problems in teaching secretary posts. It points out that colleges should attach importance to teaching management,solve the current situation of teaching secretaries,stabilize and improve the quality of teaching management,and improve the level of innovative service in higher colleges.
