摘要
为进一步规范高校教师教学考评体系,充分体现"多劳多得,优质优酬"的奖励机制,更大程度地激发广大教师的工作热情,鼓励广大教师刻苦钻研业务,不断提高教育教学水平,优化教学资源配置,很多高校采取了绩效工资制度。在绩效考核背景下,教师工资体现出收入与付出的相关性,进而有效促进教师的工作、研究积极性,最终达到学校快速发展的目的。但在教师薪酬设计过程中,要注重教师的承受能力以及团结协作的精神,让教师对自己工资有一定的满意度,对自己事业有一定的成就感。
In order to further standardize the teaching evaluation system of university teachers,fully embody the reward mecha- nism of“more work,more gain,high quality and better pay”,stimulate the enthusiasm of teachers to a greater extent,encourage the majority of teachers to study their business diligently,continuously improve the level of education and teaching,optimize the allocation of teaching resources,many universities have adopted the performance pay system. In the context of performance appraisal,teachers’salary reflects the correlation between income and effort,thus effectively promoting teachers’enthusiasm for work and research,and ultimately achieving the goal of rapid development of schools. But in the process of teachers’salary design,we should pay attention to teachers’endurance and the spirit of solidarity and cooperation,so that teachers have a certain degree of satisfaction with their salaries and a certain sense of achievement in their own career.
