新媒体环境下基层电大管理干部学习能力提升策略研究

Study on Strategies for Improving the Learning Ability of Grassroots TV University Management Cadres under the New Media Environment

随着全民学习和终身学习理念日益深入人心,大数据、云计算等基于新技术、新媒体的学习越来越能满足人们多元化、多层次和多样化的学习需求。在开放大学转型升级之际,为满足基层电大转型发展需要,管理干部更应抓住时代机遇带头学习,不断提升学习能力。结合工作实践,从强化学习动机,团队化学习群体,碎片化学习时间,培养信息素养与批判性思维,重视学习反思与自我评价,强化管理干部培训学习六个方面来提升在线学习能力,从而提高管理能力。

With the concept of national learning and lifelong learning increasingly popular,big data,cloud computing and other learning based on new technology and new media can meet more and more people’s diversified,mufti-level and diversified learning needs. At the time of the transformation and upgrading of the open universities,in order to meet the needs of the transformation and development of grassroots TV universities,the management cadres should seize the opportunity to take the lead in learning and constantly improve their learning ability. In combination with work practice,online learning ability can be improved from six aspects: strengthening learning motivation,team learning group,fragmented learning time,cultivating information literacy and critical thinking,attaching importance to learning reflection and self-evaluation,and strengthening management cadre training and learning,so as to improve management ability.
