摘要
现代学徒制为学生工匠精神的培养供应了基础。目前工匠精神是基于传统工匠精神的延续和进步。分析传统学徒制与现代学徒制的区别,总结现代学徒制对学生工匠精神培养的意义。将现代学徒制的学生工匠精神融入思政教学中,制定学徒制学习规范以和工匠精神的教学理念,学校通过展开思政道德教育相关课程,举办职业素养教育活动,加强推广现代学徒制的力度、学生工匠精神培养,传授学生具有基础的职业道德素质,促进现代学徒制在新时代思政教学中融入工匠精神的发展,使学生在思政教学中感受到工匠精神对自己的正向影响。
Modern apprenticeships provide the basis for the cultivation of students’craftsmanship spirit. At present,craftsmanship spirit is based on the continuation and progress of traditional craftsmanship spirit. This paper analyzes the difference between traditional apprenticeship system and modern apprenticeship system,and summarizes the significance of modern apprenticeship system to the cultivation of students’craftsmanship spirit. To integrate the craftsmanship spirit of modern apprenticeship students into the education teaching,we should make standards of apprenticeship learning spirit and teaching concept. Through an ideological moral education courses,the school should hold professional quality education activities,strengthen the promotion of modern apprenticeship and students’spirit cultivation,teach students with the basic professional ethics quality,so as to promote modern apprenticeship in the new era of ideological instruction teaching into the development of the spirit and make students feel the spirit in the education teaching for their positive influence.
