十九大将新时代赋予了丰富的内涵,在这样一个风云变幻的时代,零和博弈充斥着全球,全球化进程深刻变革,营造和平稳定的环境是中国百年历史给予中国的教训,没有一个国家比中国更希望和平,习近平在这样的时局,面对西方"修昔底德陷阱"式的污蔑,提出了构建"人类命运共同体"的时代召唤,在新时代的今天,只有人类人心相通、义利相关、命运相连,才能创造出永久和平的新时代局面。
