摘要 士官职业发展关乎士官在军队服役的愿景和年限,也与提升部队战斗力息息相关,良好的职业发展能促使士官在更大程度上发挥"军中脊梁"作用。士官要学会自我规划和设计职业发展,在履职尽责的前提下,努力提高包括学历证书、个人能力和综合素质等各方面水平。 The career development of noncommissioned officers is related to the vision and length of service of noncommissioned officers in the army,and is closely related to the improvement of the combat effectiveness of the army. A good career development can promote the noncommissioned officers to play the role of“backbone of the army”to a greater extent. Noncommissioned officers should learn to plan and design their own career development. On the premise of fulfilling their duties,they should strive to improve their academic certificates,personal abilities and comprehensive qualities.
