The analyses of soil and water conservation and ecological civilization construction were carried out,and the existing problems were discussed.Suggestions were put forward for soil and water conservation and ecological civilization construction from the aspects of strengthening publicity,establishing long-term management and protection mechanism,and practically implementing the"three simultaneous"system of soil and water conservation.
