摘要
航海英语,属于专门用途英语,包含多门航海专业知识,对于海上航行、人命安全、海上防污等具有积极意义。结合STCW对航海英语的新要求及航海英语语言特点,主要分析了本科生航海英语学习面临的主要问题,并基于中介作用对本科生航海英语教学提出思考与建议。本文对学生学习与教师教学提供了方向,对航海英语教育、教材、课程设置等也有借鉴作用。
Maritime English,which belongs to English for Specific Purposes,contains a lot of nautical expertise,and has positive significance for navigation,safety of life at sea,and marine anti-pollution.Combining STCW’s new requirements for maritime English and the characteristics of maritime English language,this paper mainly analyzes the main problems faced by undergraduates in maritime English learning,and puts forward some thoughts and suggestions based on Mediation influence.This paper sheds light upon students’learning and teachers’teaching,and also provides reference for maritime English education,teaching materials,curriculum settings,etc.
