强直性脊柱炎采用中医针灸综合疗法的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine for Ankylosing Spondylitis

目的分析强直性脊柱炎采用中医针灸综合疗法的效果观察。方法选择2017年1月—2018年1月该院收治86例强直性脊柱炎患者,并分成两组,对照组43例采用常规治疗,研究组43例使用中医针灸综合疗法治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果研究组患者临床总有效率为97.67%,高于对照组(χ^2=4.4675,P<0.05);研究组患者晨僵时间及中医症状积分指标分别为(10.25±4.85)h、(21.05±6.49)分,指标优于对照组(t=17.2759;10.3015,P<0.05);研究组ESR及CRP、胸廓活动度及脊柱活动度指标分别为(17.21±6.9)mm/h、(1.09±0.49)mg/dL,(4.88±1.56)cm、(46.90±10.89)cm,指标明显优于对照组(t=3.9991;4.3529;4.6031;3.8533,P<0.05)。结论采用中医针灸综合疗法治疗强直性脊柱炎患者疗效显著,不仅能提高临床疗效的同时也有效患者临床症状,改善患者生活质量,临床上值得推广使用。

Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture combined therapy on ankylosing spondylitis.Methods Eighty-six patients with ankylosing spondylitis were enrolled in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018,and were divided into two groups.43 patients in the control group received conventional therapy,and 43 patients in the study group were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion.The patient's treatment effect were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 97.67%higher than that of the control group(χ^2=4.467 5,P<0.05).The morning stiffness time and TCM symptom scores of the study group were(10.25±4.85)h and(21.05±6.49)points respectively.The index was better than the control group(t=17.275 9;10.301 5,P<0.05);the ESR and CRP,thoracic activity and spinal activity index of the study group were(17.21±6.9)mm/h and(1.09±0.49)mg/dL,(4.88±1.56)cm,(46.90±10.89)cm,the index was significantly better than the control group(t=3.999 1;4.352 9;4.603 1;3.853 3,,P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of ankylosing spondylitis with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion therapy is effective,not only can improve the clinical efficacy,but also effectively improve the patient's clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients.It is worthy of popularization and clinical use.
