颅内动脉瘤行血管内介入疗法与显微神经外科手术治疗的疗效对比研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的比较研究颅内动脉瘤行血管内介入疗法与显微神经外科手术治疗的疗效。方法选取2017年11月—2018年11月该院收治的80例颅内动脉瘤患者,分为实验组与对照组,实验组采用显微神经外科手术治疗,对照组采用血管内介入疗法,比较两组患者临床疗效与不良反应。结果实验组疗效(60.00%)优于对照组(42.50%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.128,P=0.013<0.05)。实验组不良反应发生率(7.50%)低于对照组(17.50%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.571,P=0.032<0.05);实验组患者术中出血量、手术时间以及住院时间分别为(95.36±20.54)mL、(89.45±16.72)min、(14.07±3.61)d,均优于对照组(158.35±32.86)mL、(160.57±34.29)min、(14.07±3.61)d],差异有统计学意义(t=10.280,11.790,10.342,P<0.05)。结论与血管内介入疗法比较,显微神经外科手术治疗颅内动脉瘤可提高临床疗效,降低不良反应发生率。 Objective To compare the efficacy of intravascular interventional therapy and microsurgical neurosurgery for intracranial aneurysms.Methods Eighty patients with intracranial aneurysms admitted to our hospital from November 2017 to November 2018 were enrolled in the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group was treated with microsurgery and the control group was treated with endovascular intervention.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The efficacy of the experimental group(60.00%)was better than that of the control group(42.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=6.128,P=0.013<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group(7.50%)was lower than that in the control group(17.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.571,P=0.032<0.05).The amount of intraoperative blood loss,operation time and hospitalization time in the experimental group were respectively(95.36±20.54)mL,(89.45±16.72)min,(14.07±3.61)d,both were better than the control group(158.35±32.86)mL,(160.57±34.29)min,(14.07±3.61)d],The difference was statistically significant(t=10.280,11.790,10.342,P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with endovascular interventional therapy,microsurgical neurosurgery for intracranial aneurysms can improve clinical outcomes and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
