理气化瘀方治疗功能性胃肠病的临床疗效探讨

Clinical Experience of Liqi Huayu Prescription in the Treatment of Functional Gastrointestinal Disease

目的分析探讨理气化瘀方治疗功能性胃肠病的临床效果。方法该次采取随机分组法,将该院于2017年2月—2018年2月收治的88例功能性胃肠病患者分成2组,每组平均为44例;其中,对照组患者采取常规西医药物治疗,观察组患者采取中医理气化瘀方治疗,进一步比较两组临床治疗效果。结果①观察组治疗总有效率为95.45%,显著要比对照组的75.00%高(χ^2=11.683,P<0.05)。②在消化不良、胃痛、便秘、腹泻以及恶心五项临床症状改善时间方面,观察组均明显快于对照组(t=6.875、6852、6.124、6.259,7.384,P<0.05)。③在物质生活、心理功能、躯体功能以及社会功能4个维度的生活质量评分方面,观察组均明显高于对照组(t=11.245、12.256、12.438、11.593,P<0.05)。结论在临床中,针对功能性胃肠病患者,采取理气化瘀方治疗具备显著的疗效;因此,值得采纳及应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Liqi Huayu recipe for functional gastrointestinal disease.Methods 88 patients with functional gastrointestinal disease admitted in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,with an average of 44 cases in each group.Among them,the patients in the control group were treated with routine western medicine,and the patients in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine to regulate qi and remove blood stasis.Results 1.the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.45%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(75.00%)(χ^2=11.683,P<0.05).2.in dyspepsia,stomachache and constipation.The improvement time of five clinical symptoms of diarrhea and nausea in the observation group was significantly faster than that in the control group(t=6.875,6.852,6.124,6.259,7.384,P<0.05).3.the scores of quality of life in the four dimensions of material life,psychological function,physical function and social function were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(t=11.245,12.256,12.438,11.593,P<0.05).Conclusion In clinic,the treatment of Liqi Huayu decoction has remarkable curative effect for the patients with functional gastrointestinal disease,therefore,it is worthy of adoption and application.
