手法治疗联合功能康复训练对早期股骨头坏死患者康复效果及凝血功能的影响

Effect of Manual Therapy Combined with Functional Rehabilitation Training on Rehabilitation and Coagulation Function in Patients with Early Femoral Head Necrosis

目的探究手法治疗联合功能康复训练对早期股骨头坏死患者康复效果及凝血功能的影响。方法选择该院自2015年3月—2018年3月收治的82例早期股骨头坏死患者作为研究对象,将其随机分成对照组和研究组,每组41例,对照组采用单纯功能康复训练治疗,研究组采用功能康复训练联合中医手法治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果治疗前,研究组患者PT、FIB等凝血功能指标水平(18.4±1.4)s、(4.4±0.5)g/L与对照组(18.3±1.5)s、(4.4±0.6)g/L对比均差异无统计学意义(t=1.027,0.242,P>0.05),治疗后,研究组患者PT、FIB等凝血功能指标水平(12.2±1.3)s、(2.1±0.4)g/L均显著低于对照组(16.3±1.2)s、(3.7±0.5)g/L,两组对比差异有统计学意义(t=8.864,8.817,P<0.05);研究组患者康复总有效率(90.2%)显著高于对照组(75.6%),两组对比差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.637,P<0.05)。结论对早期股骨头坏死患者采用功能康复训练联合中医手法治疗,不仅能改善患者凝血功能水平,还能提高其整体康复效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of combined therapy and rehabilitation on the rehabilitation and coagulation function of patients with early femoral head necrosis.Methods Eighty-two patients with early femoral head necrosis who were admitted to our hospital from March 2015 to March 2018 were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 41 patients in each group.The control group received simple functional rehabilitation training treatment,the study group used functional rehabilitation training combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment,comparing the effects of the two groups.Results Before treatment,the blood coagulation function indexes of PT and FIB in the study group(18.4±1.4)s,(4.4±0.5)g/L were compared with the control group(18.3±1.5)s and(4.4±0.6)g/L.There was no significant difference(t=1.027,0.242,P>0.05).After treatment,the blood coagulation function indexes of PT and FIB in the study group were(12.2±1.3)s,(2.1±0.4)g/L was significantly lower than the control group(16.3±1.2)s,(3.7±0.5)g/L,the two groups were statistically significant(t=8.864,8.817,P<0.05);The effective rate(90.2%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(75.6%),and the two groups were statistically significant(χ^2=7.637,P<0.05).Conclusion Functional rehabilitation training combined with traditional Chinese medicine for patients with early femoral head necrosis can not only improve the blood coagulation function of patients,but also improve their overall rehabilitation.
