胸外科病房应用整体护理模式的康复效果研究

Rehabilitation effect of holistic Nursing Model in Thoracic surgery Ward

目的探究胸外科病房应用整体护理模式的康复效果研究。方法随机搜集本院2016年9月—2018年8月期间收治入院的112例胸外科患者为例,将其均分为两组(n=56),一组为对照组实施传统护理模式,一组为观察组实施整体护理模式,对比患者的住院情况以及护理满意度。结果观察组患者的平均住院时间(11.28±2.39)d、平均住院费用(26898.74±543.45)元,和住院患者对护理的满意度为98.21%,以及术后出院前的离床活动率为91.07%对照组患者的平均住院时间(16.78±4.22)d、平均住院费用(31235.50±470.30)元,和护理满意度为83.93%,术后出院前离床活动率为60.71%,通过对比观察组均好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施整体护理模式不仅能够提高患者对护理质量的满意度,还可以尽快的康复出院缩减其住院费用,值得临床位推行和应用。

Objective To explore the rehabilitation effect of holistic nursing mode in thoracic surgery ward.Methods 112 patients with thoracic surgery admitted in our hospital from September 2016 to August 2018 were randomly divided into two groups(n=56).One group was the control group and the other group was the observation group.The patient's hospitalization and nursing satisfaction were compared.Results the average hospitalization time was(11.28±2.39)d,the average hospitalization cost was(26 898.74±543.45)yuan,and the satisfaction degree of the inpatients to nursing care in the observation group was(11.28±2.39)d.The average hospitalization time was(16.78±4.22)d,the average hospitalization cost was(31 235.50±470.30)yuan,and the nursing satisfaction was 83.93%.The activity rate before discharge was 60.71%,the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion the implementation of holistic nursing mode can not only improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing quality,but also reduce the hospitalization expenses as soon as possible.It is worthy of clinical practice and application.
