优质护理在脉络膜黑色素瘤合并抑郁患者中的应用

Application of Quality Nursing in Patients with Choroidal Melanoma Complicated with Depression

目的探讨优质护理在脉络膜黑色素瘤合并抑郁患者中的应用效果。方法择取2017年12月—2018年11月于该院进行住院治疗的脉络膜黑色素瘤合并抑郁症患者88例,以随机数表法将其分为对照组与研究组各44例。对照组采取常规护理措施,研究组在此基础上给予优质护理。比较两组干预前后抑郁症状与生活质量的变化,以及两组对护理服务的满意度。结果干预后研究组HAMD评分(14.5±2.0)分与NHP评分均(60.5±6.5)分低于对照组(19.2±3.8)分、(73.5±4.2)分(t=4.856,5.656,P<0.05)。研究组护理满意率100.00%,高于对照组86.36%(χ^2=4.472,P<0.05)。结论优质护理能够有效改善脉络膜黑色素瘤合并抑郁症患者的不良情绪,保障其生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of quality nursing in patients with choroidal melanoma complicated with depression.Methods Eighty-eight patients with choroidal melanoma and depression who underwent hospitalization in our hospital from December 2017 to November 2018 were randomly divided into control group and study group.The control group took routine nursing measures,and the study group gave quality care on this basis.The changes in depressive symptoms and quality of life before and after intervention were compared between the two groups,as well as the satisfaction of the two groups on nursing services.Results After intervention,the HAMD scores(14.5±2.0)points and NHP scores(60.5±6.5)points were lower in the study group than in the control group(19.2±3.8)points and(73.5±4.2)points(t=4.856,5.656,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the study group was 100.00%,which was higher than that of the control group 86.36%(χ^2=4.472,P<0.05).Conclusion Quality nursing can effectively improve the bad mood of patients with choroidal melanoma and depression,and guarantee their quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
