摘要
目的研究ICU糖尿病患者的高危因素,并分析合理的护理方式。方法2016年3月—2018年2月将该院收治的80例患者分成特殊护理的观察组和常规护理的对照组,比较两组患者进出ICU时血糖、糖化血红蛋白情况和发生并发症的情况。结果从ICU出来时,观察组的血糖、糖化血红蛋白含量和并发症发生率都明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对ICU糖尿病患者来说,特殊护理方式比传统的护理方式在控制血糖和减少并发症方面效果更好。
Objective To study the high risk factors of ICU patients with diabetes and analyze the reasonable nursing methods.Methods Eighty patients admitted to our hospital From Mach 2016 to February 2018 were divided into special nursing observation group and routine nursing control group.The blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and complications occurred in the two groups.Results The blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin content and complication rate of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For ICU diabetic patients,special care is more effective than traditional care in controlling blood glucose and reducing complications.
