在增殖性糖尿病性视网膜病变并发玻璃体积血中中西药联合视网膜激光治疗的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Chinese and Western Medicine Combined with Retinal Laser Treatment in Proliferative Diabetic Retinopathy Complicated with Vitreous Hemorrhage

目的探究在增殖性糖尿病性视网膜病变并发玻璃体积血中采用中西药联合视网膜激光治疗的临床效果。方法将2016年8月—2017年8月该院收治的增殖性糖尿病性视网膜病变并发玻璃体积血患者分为两组。对照组单纯采用西药联合视网膜激光进行治疗,观察组则在对照组的基础上加用中药进行联合治疗。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率及新生血管消退率分别为96.0%、98.0%,均明显高于对照组的70.0%、74.0%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在增殖性糖尿病性视网膜病变并发玻璃体积血患者的治疗中采用中西药联合视网膜激光治疗的方法,能够显著提高临床疗效,同时改善患者的新生血管消退情况,值得推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Chinese and Western medicine combined with retinal laser in the treatment of proliferative diabetic retinopathy complicated with vitreous hemorrhage.Methods Patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy complicated with vitreous hemorrhage in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with western medicine alone with retinal laser,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.Results The total effective rate and neovascularization rate of the observation group were 96.0%and 98.0%,respectively,which were significantly higher than 70.0%and 74.0%of the control group.The difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Chinese and Western medicine combined with retinal laser treatment in the treatment of patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy complicated with vitreous hemorrhage can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and improve the neovascularization of patients.It is worthy of popularization.
