Planning Strategy and Method of Heritage Scenic Spots——A Case Study of Maiji Mountain Scenic Area

文章结合世界遗产麦积山石窟的景区详细规划项目,以景区当前存在的建设问题为切入,发现景区现有利用模式的不可持续性,提出净化环境、疏解功能、建设外围的总体规划思路。结合详细规划中景点建设方案,总结了如何认识遗产环境、发现环境价值,并通过空间建设予以呈现的经验方法。

Combining with the detailed planning project of the scenic spot of the World Heritage Maijishan Grottoes, this paper starts with the current construction problems and recognizes the non-sustainable way of the building in this kind of heritage scenic . Then, this paper puts forward that purifying the environment, relieving the over-developed functions and building the periphery as the general planning strategies. Combined with the plan for the construction of scenic spots in the detailed planning, it summarizes the empirical methods of understanding the heritage environment, discovering the environmental value, and presenting it through space construction.
