22@巴塞罗那发展创新城区的实践及启示

The Practice and Enlightenment of Innovative District in 22@ Barcelona

当前全球进入创新驱动时代,创新城区是刺激城市经济内涵式增长的全新的城市经济新空间规划手段,理解创新城区发展的内在逻辑有利于推动我国创新城区建设。通过解读布鲁斯·卡兹创新城区理论,认知创新城区内涵,并以22@巴塞罗那为研究对象,分析其发展创新城区采用的城市更新模式。最后,总结了创新城区的基本建设路径,提出通过完善创新主体、提升创新服务能力、构建网络关系、城市空间更新等方式,促进创新城区的形成与发展。

Nowadays, the world has entered an era of innovation-driven, and the innovation district has become a new economic space that stimulates the intensional growth of urban economy. Understanding the development logic of innovative district is conducive to promoting the construction of innovative district in China. Based on the theory of “ Innovation District” by Bruce katz, this paper makes an understanding of the connotation of innovative district. And taking 22@ Barcelona as the research object, it analyzes the main ways of urban renewal in the construction of innovative district. Finally, the paper summarizes the way to develop the innovation district, and proposes to complete innovation subjects, improve the level of innovative service, build network relationship, and renew the urban space, for promoting the formation and development of innovative urban areas.
