摘要
我国铁路建设正处于一个前所未有的大发展时期,铁路站场空间资源利用率不高与日益紧张的城市土地资源形成了鲜明反差。文章以铁路站场上盖综合开发为主要研究对象,对现阶段铁路站场上盖综合开发的现状和不足进行说明,从结构衔接问题、交通组织问题、功能定位问题、空间整合问题四个方面,对铁路站场上盖综合开发的设计策略与方法进行分析。希望伴随着高铁站城一体化设计理念的推进和实施,对即将兴建的铁路站场上盖综合开发提供有益的借鉴作用。
China's high-speed rail construction is in an unprecedented period of development. The high utilization rate of space resources in high-speed railway yards is in stark contrast with the increasingly tense urban land resources. This paper takes the comprehensive development of high-speed rail yards as the main research object. The current situation and shortcomings of the comprehensive development of the highspeed railway yard cover are explained. From the five aspects of structural support form, fire evacuation requirements, traffic organization connection, functional business composition and spatial layout mode, the design strategy for the comprehensive development of the high-speed railway yard cover is Method for analysis. It is hoped that along with the promotion and implementation of the integrated design concept of the high-speed railway station city, it will provide a useful reference for the comprehensive development of the high-speed railway yard on the site to be built.
