我国铁路建设正处于一个前所未有的大发展时期,铁路站场空间资源利用率不高与日益紧张的城市土地资源形成了鲜明反差。文章以铁路站场上盖综合开发为主要研究对象,对现阶段铁路站场上盖综合开发的现状和不足进行说明,从结构衔接问题、交通组织问题、功能定位问题、空间整合问题四个方面,对铁路站场上盖综合开发的设计策略与方法进行分析。希望伴随着高铁站城一体化设计理念的推进和实施,对即将兴建的铁路站场上盖综合开发提供有益的借鉴作用。

China's high-speed rail construction is in an unprecedented period of development. The high utilization rate of space resources in high-speed railway yards is in stark contrast with the increasingly tense urban land resources.
