There are many problems in the teaching of building regulations, such as the complexity of the course content, the unclear core content, the inappropriate teaching methods, and the difficulties of students' learning. Through the reflection on the status quo of architecture education and the teaching practice of building regulations, the article grasps the two core issues of "course content" and "teaching method", and defines "the content of the building regulations curriculum with design as the core context" and reform.
