摘要
随着我国新型城镇化的加快推进以及山地城镇交通机动化程度的不断提高,城镇道路交通环境问题日渐突出。中小型山地城镇由于其地质生态复杂、空间功能复合、土地利用高强,交通供需矛盾突出。故在总结城镇交通环境评价方法基础上,探讨地质生态、社会经济、基础设施、交通功能四个因素下山地城镇交通环境影响机制,最终提出中小型山地城镇交通环境改善策略:提升地质生态建设质量、完善山地城镇交通建设布局、协调合理规划用地开发等,在一定程度上对缓解中小型山地城镇交通拥堵,改善基础设施混乱,促进和谐交通环境建设,营造舒适的山地城镇交通环境。
With the acceleration of China's new urbanization and the continuous improvement of the traffic mobility of mountainous towns, the urban road traffic environment has become increasingly prominent. Small and medium-sized mountainous towns have a transportation supply and demand contradiction due to their complex geo-ecology, intricate spatial functions, and high land utilization. Therefore, on the basis of summarizing the urban transportation environment assessment methods, comprehensively explore the impact mechanism of mountainous towns traffic environment under the four factors of geo-ecology, social economy, infrastructure and transportation function, and finally propose a strategy for improving the traffic environment of small and medium-sized mountainous cities and towns - upgrading geological ecological construction. Quality, improve the layout of mountainous town traffic construction, coordinate the development of rational planning and land use, etc., to a certain degree, alleviate traffic congestion in small and medium-sized mountainous towns, improve infrastructure chaos, promote harmonious traffic environment construction, and create a comfortable mountain town traffic environment.
