摘要 随着提速降费的政策落地,近年来LTE数据业务流量呈现连续快速增长,LTE高负荷小区数量不断增长,给用户体验带来了不良影响。为解决网络优化工作中处理高负荷小区主要依赖人工经验、处理效率低的问题,文章基于LTE容量问题处理的经验,研究了对引起容量问题的几种原因进行定界的方法,包括故障、过覆盖、负载均衡、容量不足等,并分析制定了相应的自动优化策略。通过该方法的实施可加快LTE高负荷小区的问题定位和流量疏导,提高日常优化效率。 With the policy of speeding up and lowering fees, the LTE traffic was rapidly growing in these years, and the number of high-load cells was continuously increasing, which has adversely affected the user experience. In order to solve the problem that the optimization of high-load cell relies mainly on experience which led to the low efficiency this paper designed a set of capacity problem analysis and automatic optimization methods and processes, which is suitable for daily operation and maintenance, including capacity problem demarcation based on equipment trouble analysis, overlaps analysis, load balance analysis and off-capacity analysis along withautomatic optimization strategy and automatic capacity expansion program design. The implementation of the method can accelerate the problem location and traffic grooming of the LTE high-load cell, and improve the daily optimization efficiency.
