摘要
为制备一种具有优异工作性能、较长凝结时间的湿拌砂浆,本文研究了减水组分、增稠组分、缓凝组分、引气组分对湿拌砂浆性能的影响。研究表明:通过羟丙基甲基纤维素醚(HPMC)与黄原胶的复配使用,有利于保持砂浆保水性与粘聚性;白糖与葡萄糖酸钠的复配使用使砂浆具有较长的凝结时间与优异的工作性能。减水、增稠、缓凝、引气组分的掺量分别为0.07%、0.17%、0.18%、0.06%。
In order to prepare a kind of wet mix mortar with excellent working performance and long setting time,this paper studied the influence of water-reducing component,thickening component,retarding component and air-drawing component on the performance of wet mix mortar.The results show that the water retention and cohesiveness of mortar can be maintained by the combination of HPMC and xanthan gum.The combination of sugar and sodium gluconate can make the mortar have longer setting time and excellent working performance.The dosages of water reduction,thickening,retardation and bleed air components are 0.07%,0.17%,0.18% and 0.06%.
