护理标识在手术室护理风险管理中的应用

Application of Nursing Logo in Risk Management of Operating Room Nursing

目的对护理标识在手术室护理风险管理中的应用情况进行探讨。方法笔者医院在2017年11月—2018年11月实施手术室护理标识管理,统计护理表示管理实施后和2017年1月—2017年10月实施前的护理质量评分和护理风险事件发生率,并进行比较。结果护理标识管理实施后护理质量评分显著高于实施前,且实施后护理风险事件发生率为3.33%也明显低于实施前18.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室护理管理中加强护理标识管理可以将护理质量提高,能将护理风险事件发生率降低,可在临床上推广应用。

Objective To discuss the application of nursing mark in nursing risk management in operating room. Methods The nursing label management of operating room was carried out in our hospital from November 2017 to November 2018.The nursing quality score and the incidence rate of nursing risk events were compared after the implementation of nursing indication management from January 2017 to October 2017. Results The score of nursing quality after the implementation of nursing label management was significantly higher than that before implementation, and the incidence of nursing risk events after implementation was 3.33%, which was significantly lower than that before implementation 18.33%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Strengthening nursing label management in operating room nursing management can improve nursing quality, reduce the incidence of nursing risk events, and can be popularized and applied in clinic.
