摘要
目的分析精神科护理中采用人文关怀理念管理的效果。方法回顾性分析该院精神科80例患者临床资料,通过护理方式的差异分为实验组(40例,实施人文关怀理念管理方式)和对照组(40例,实施常规护理方式),采用住院精神患者康复疗效评定量表(IPROS)评价患者康复效果,对比两组患者IPROS评分以及护理满意度。结果实验组患者兴趣、个人卫生、社交能力、生活能力等各项评分以及IPROS总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组患者对护理满意度(97.5%)明显高于对照组(87.5%)。结论精神科护理中采用人文关怀理念管理模式可有效提高临床护理质量及护理满意度,可在临床上广泛推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of humanistic care management in psychiatric nursing. Methods The clinical data of 80 psychiatric patients in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Through the difference of nursing methods, they were divided into experimental group(40 cases, implementing humanistic care concept management mode) and control group(40 cases, implementing routine nursing mode). The rehabilitation effect and satisfaction of patients was evaluated by IPROS, and the IPROS score and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of interest, personal hygiene, social competence, living ability and IPROS in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group(97.5%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(87.5%). Conclusion The management mode of humanistic care in psychiatric nursing can effectively improve the quality of clinical nursing and nursing satisfaction, and can be widely promoted in clinic.
