目的研究分析6S管理在神经内科护理安全管理中的应用效果。方法随机抽取2017年5月—2018年5月在医院治疗的神经内科患者100例,并对这100例患者采取全面的6S管理模式,并将每位患者治疗前的情况收集记录下来,将患者在实施6S管理模式之前的情况与进行新模式管理之后的情况进行对比分析。结果在接受新的模式管理之后的患者总体满意程度效果要比实施前的明显好得多,数据比较统计差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论6S管理在神经内科护理安全管理中应用,可以提高整体医疗满意水平,值得普遍推广。

Objective To study and analyze the application effect of 6S management in neurological nursing safety management. Methods A total of 100 neurological patients treated in hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were randomly selected. The comprehensive 6S management mode was adopted for these 100 patients, and the pre-treatment status of each patient was collected and recorded. The situation before the implementation of the 6S management mode was compared with the situation after the new mode management. Results The overall satisfaction of the patients after receiving the new model management was much better than that before the implementation. The statistical comparison of the data was significant(P <0.05). Conclusion The application of 6S management in neurological health care safety management can improve the overall medical satisfaction level and is worthy of general promotion.
