强化护理细节管理对口腔医院医源性感染预防效果的影响

Effect of Intensive Care Detail Management on Preventive Effect of Iatrogenic Infection in Stomatological Hospital

目的探讨强化护理细节管理对口腔医院医源性感染预防效果的影响。方法选择口腔医院门诊患者240例,按照就诊时间顺序分为干预前(2017年1—12月)120例及干预后(2018年1—12月)120例,干预前实施常规护理管理,干预后实施强化护理细节管理,比较干预前后医源性感染相关指标及两组患者医院感染发生率。结果干预后,空气质量、手卫生、物体表面、漱口水、消毒器械、医疗废物处置合格率均明显高于干预前(P<0.05);干预后医院感染发生率为1.67%,明显低于干预前7.50%(P<0.05)。结论强化护理细节管理应用于口腔医院护理管理中,可有效提高医源性感染预防效果,降低医院感染发生率。

Objective To explore the effect of intensive care detail management on the preventive effect of iatrogenic infection in Linzi stomatological hospital. Methods A total of 240 outpatients in oral hospital were selected. According to the order of the time of treatment, the subjects were divided into 120 cases. January to December 2017 Routine nursing management was implemented before intervention, and January to December 2018 the intensive care details management was implemented after the intervention. The indicators related to the iatrogenic infection before and after the intervention and the incidence of nosocomial infection in the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the qualified rates of air quality,hand hygiene, surface of objects, mouthwash, disinfection equipment and medical waste were significantly higher than those before the intervention(P<0.05). The incidence of nosocomial infection after intervention was 1.67%, which was significantly lower than that before intervention(7.50%)(P<0.05). Conclusion Intensive care detail management can be applied to the nursing management of stomatological hospitals, which can effectively improve the preventive effect of iatrogenic infection and reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection.
