目的探析PDCA循环在中药房管理中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月—2018年12月该院中药房开具的98张处方,以PDCA循环法实施为界将其分为两组,各49张。研究组实施PDCA循环法管控,对照组实施常规管理,比较药房管理效果。结果研究组药方审核通过率高于对照组,审核出错率及恶性事件发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环用于中药房管理中可提高药房管控质量,值得推广应用。

Objective Exploring the application effect of PDCA cycle in the management of Chinese pharmacy. Methods A total of 98 prescriptions issued by our Chinese pharmacy from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected. They were divided into two groups by the implementation of the PDCA cycle method, 49 cases in each group. The research team implemented the PDCA cycle control, while the control group was routinely managed. Compared pharmacy management effects.Results The study group’s prescription approval rate was higher than that of the control group, and the audit error rate and the incidence of malignant events were lower than those of the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The PDCA cycle can improve the quality of pharmacy control in the management of Chinese pharmacies, which is worth promoting.
