摘要
通过对质谱方法、液相色谱方法、固相萃取前处理方法的优化,建立了对水中四环素类抗生素金霉素、强力霉素、四环素、土霉素的检测方法。质谱检测方法采用MRM检测模式,液相色谱使用C18柱,固相萃取采用亲脂平衡(HLB)固相萃取柱。在浓度为0.2~20 ng/mL时,各物质线性相关性均大于0.992。对苏州市某自来水公司的双水源原水、出厂水以及某污水厂出水进行检测,并开展实际样品的加标回收率试验,得到各物质的加标回收率在70%~130%。该方法快速准确、经济简便,适合日常水质监测。
A determination method of tetracycline antibiotics includiny chlortetracycline, doxyayaiine, tetracycline and oxytetracycline in water was established by optimiziny mass spectrometry method, liquid chromatooraphy method and solid phase extraction pretreatment method. The mass spectrometra method, liquid chromatooraphy and solid phase extraction method were based on MRM detection mode, C18 column and HLB soliC phase extraction column, respectively. In the ranye of 0.2~20 n/mL, the linear correlation of each substance was yreater than 0. 992. Two kinds of souece water, eeiuene water from water treatment plants and a wastewater treatment plant in Suzhou were tested. Besides, standard addition reccvera experiment of actuai samples was carried out. The standard addition reccvera rate was in the ranye of 70%~130%. Thiz method is fast, accurate, economicai, simple, and suitable foe daily water quality monitoriny.
