合肥市肥西县老城区初期雨水处理厂工艺设计方案

Design Proposal of Treatment Process for the Initial Rainwater Treatment Plant in Old Town of Feixi County of Hefei City

径流面源污染已成为水环境的主要污染源之一,亟待针对性工程措施治理。以合肥市肥西县老城区初期雨水治理工程为例,介绍针对分流制初期雨水的处理厂工艺方案设计。处理厂采取“预处理+生物处理+深度处理”的工艺流程,核心生物处理工艺采用曝气生物滤池,深度处理工艺采取“加砂高速沉淀池+滤布滤池”的组合工艺,确保出水稳定达标。出水经消毒后排放至潭冲河作为补水水源。工程建成后将大大改善潭冲河及派河水环境质量,提升地区的投资环境,为国内其他类似工程提供工艺设计思路与参考。

Runoff non-point source pollution has become one of the main sources of pollution to water environment. In order to control diffused pollution, targeted engineering measures are needed to be done. Taking the initial rainwater treatment project in urban areas of Feixi County as an example, scheme design of an initial rainwater treatment plant is introduced. Treatment process of the plant is "pretreatment + biological treatment + advanced treatment". Core biological treatment process is biological aerated filter and advanced treatment process is rapid settler with "micro-sand + cloth media filter", which ensures the effluent reach the standard stably. Besides, disinfected effluent can be water supplement for Tanchong River. The project may improve water environment quality of Tanchong River and Pai River after implemented. The project can also provide references for similar engineering project nationwide.
