摘要
文中介绍了在湖南某地区采用微砂沉淀工艺处理河道直排生活污水的工艺参数及处理效果。当混凝剂投加浓度为30~35 mg/L、絮凝剂投加浓度为1 mg/L时,进水TSS、TP、CODCr分别为180~220、4~6、330~430 mg/L的生活污水经微砂沉淀处理后,出水TSS、TP、OCDCr分别小于20、0.5、210 mg/L。微砂沉淀工艺单台设备平均时处理量为420m^3/h,水力停留时间为15 min,占地仅30 m^2。微砂沉淀工艺对于直接排入河道的生活污水的处理及初期雨水径流的净化能起到有效促进作用,从而从源头上积极控制黑臭河道的生成和黑臭水体的进一步恶化。
In this paper, the micro-sand sedimentation technolog}^ was applied to treat domestic sewage that was directly discharged into a river in Hunan Province, and the process parameters and treatment performance were introduced. When dosages of coagulant and flocculant were 30~35 mg/L and 1 mg/L, TSS, TP and C0DCr of the influent were 180~220, 4~6, 330~430 mg/L,respectively, and those of the effluent after micro-sand sedimentation process were below 20, 0. 5, 210 mg/L, respectively. For a single facility of micro-sand sedimentation process, the average processing capacity was 420 m^3/h, the hydraulic retention time was 15 min, and the occupied area was only 30 m^2. Micro-sand sedimentation technology played an effective role in the treatment of domestic sewage directly discharged into rivers and the purification of initial rainwater runoff, so as to actively control the formation of black and odorous river and the further deterioration of black and odorous water from the source.
