摘要
根据原水水质特点及业主对产水水质、系统要求,设计了“混凝沉淀+多介质过滤+一级反渗透+二级反渗透”的工艺系统,系统设计二级反渗透产水96 m^3/d。反渗透系统设计脱盐率>98%,回收率为35%;二级脱盐率为96%,回收率为80%。文中对淡化系统的设计思路及工程流程进行了介绍,并对系统组成及关键设备亦进行了说明。
Based on the characteristics of raw water quality and the owner's requirements for water quality and system requirements, a process system of "coagulation and sedimentation+multi-media filtration+primaiy reverse osmosis+ secondaiy reverse osmosis" is designed. The designed rate of desalination of reverse osmosis primaiy system is rate>98%, recoveiy rate is 35%, and these two indexes of secondaiy osmosis are 96% and 80% repectively. In addition train of design thought, the system components and key equipment have been described in the paper.
