P16与Ki-67免疫组化检测在宫颈病变病理诊断中的应用

Application of immunohistochemical detection of P16 and Ki-67 in pathological diagnosis of cervical lesions

目的评估P16和Ki-67联合免疫组化检测应用于宫颈病变病理诊断中的价值。方法回顾性分析2016年5月至2018年6月本病理科诊断的774例宫颈病变,均接受P16和Ki-67联合免疫组化检测,分析检测结果。结果CINⅠ级、CINⅡ级、CINⅢ级、宫颈鳞状细胞癌P16阳性表达率高于慢性炎(P<0.05),CINⅡ级、CINⅢ级、宫颈鳞状细胞癌P16阳性表达率高于CINⅠ级,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CINⅠ级、CINⅡ级、CINⅢ级、宫颈鳞状细胞癌Ki-67阳性表达率高于慢性炎(P<0.05),CINⅡ级、CINⅢ级、宫颈鳞状细胞癌Ki-67阳性表达率高于CINⅠ级(P<0.05),CINⅢ级、宫颈鳞状细胞癌Ki-67阳性表达率高于CINⅡ级(P<0.05)。结论在宫颈病理病变诊断中采取P16和Ki-67联合免疫组化检测存在重要应用价值。

Objective To evaluate the value of combined immunohistochemical detection of P16 and Ki-67 in the pathological diagnosis of cervical lesions.Methods A retrospective analysis of 774 cervical lesions diagnosed in this pathology from May 2016 to June 2018 was performed by P16 and Ki-67 combined immunohistochemistry.Results The positive expression rate of P16 in CINⅠgrade,CINⅡgrade,CINⅢgrade and cervical squamous cell carcinoma was higher than that of chronic inflammation(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of P16 in CINⅡgrade,CINⅢgrade and cervical squamous cell carcinoma was higher than CINⅠgrade.The results showed that the numerical indicators were statistically significant(P<0.05);the positive expression rate of Ki-67 in CINⅠgrade,CINⅡgrade,CINⅢgrade and cervical squamous cell carcinoma was higher than that of chronic inflammation(P<0.05),CINⅡgrade,CINⅢgrade,cervix The positive expression rate of Ki-67 in squamous cell carcinoma was higher than that in CINⅠ(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of Ki-67 in CINⅢand cervical squamous cell carcinoma was higher than that in CINⅡ(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of P16 and Ki-67 immunohistochemistry in the diagnosis of cervical pathological lesions has important application value.
