探究WBC、CRP及SAA检测在儿童感染性疾病诊断中的应用价值 被引量:6

摘要 目的研究WBC、CRP、SAA检测在儿童感染性疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法择2018年10月至2018年12月本院收治的60例感染性疾病患儿作为研究对象,将60例患儿分成细菌感染组与病毒感染组,各30例,再取同期体检的30例正常儿童为对照组,以全自动检测仪检测3组儿童的WBC、CRP、SAA水平。结果细菌感染组SAA、CRP、WBC水平高于病毒感染组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);病毒感染组SAA、CRP、WBC水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);细菌感染组CRP检出率高于病毒感染组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);SAA诊断感染性疾病敏感性明显高于WBC、CRP。结论联合检测WBC、CRP、SAA可以早期诊断小儿感染性疾病,能提高医师对患儿感染早期诊断与鉴别,尤其是对感染早期及早评估细菌性感染、病毒性感染情况,以此提高细菌性肺炎检出率与准确率,合理用药可以减少抗菌药物滥用,利于儿童恢复健康。 Objective To study the value of WBC,CRP and SAA in the diagnosis of infectious diseases in children.Methods 60 children with infectious diseases admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the research subjects,60 children were divided into bacterial infection group and viral infection group with 30 in each group,and 30 normal children with physical examination during the same period were taken as control groups.The WBC,CRP and SAA levels of three groups of children were tested with fully automatic tester.Results The levels of SAA,CRP and WBC in bacterial infection group were higher than those in viral infection group(P<0.05).The levels of SAA,CRP and WBC in viral infection group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The detection rate of CRP in bacterial infection group was higher than that in viral infection group(P<0.05).The sensitivity of SAA in diagnosis of infectious diseases is higher than that of WBC and CRP.Conclusion Joint testing of WBC,CRP,SAA can early diagnose infectious diseases in children,and can improve the early diagnosis and identification of children's infections,especially the early assessment of bacterial infections and viral infections,so as to improve the detection rate and accuracy of bacterial pneumonia.Reasonable use of drugs can reduce the abuse of antimicrobial drugs,which is conducive to the recovery of children's health.
