超声监视下输卵管通液术对不孕症诊治的临床价值研究

Clinical value of salpingostomy under ultrasound surveillance in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility

目的探究超声监视下输卵管通液术对不孕症诊治的临床价值。方法从本院2016年1月至2017年3月期间收治的不孕症患者中选取60例进行本次研究,给予所有患者超声监视下输卵管通液术进行诊疗,将诊断结果与腹腔镜检查结果比较,判断其诊断符合率,统计患者出现的不良反应,随访1年,统计患者治疗后的输卵管通畅率及受孕率。结果超声监视下输卵管通液术的诊断符合率为95.00%,两种检查方式的诊断率差异无统计学意义;有7例患者出现不良反应,但症状较轻微;随访1年,患者的输卵管通畅率为83.33%,受孕率为46.67%,输卵管通畅率较诊疗前有大幅度提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声监视下输卵管通液术对不孕症诊治的临床价值良好,值得临床进一步推广使用。

Objective To explore the clinical value of salpingostomy under ultrasound surveillance in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility.Methods From January 2016 to March 2017,60 infertile patients in our hospital were selected for this study.All the patients were diagnosed and treated by salpingostomy under ultrasonic surveillance.Diagnosis were compared with those of laparoscopy.After 1 year follow-up,the patency rate of fallopian tubes and pregnancy rate after treatment were counted.Results The diagnostic coincidence rate of tubal drainage under ultrasonic surveillance was 95.0%,and the diagnostic rate of the two groups was different from that of the other two groups.There were 7 patients with adverse reactions,but the symptoms were mild.After one year's follow-up,the patency rate of fallopian tubes was 83.33%and the pregnant rate was 46.67%.The patency rate of fallopian tubes was significantly higher than that before diagnosis and treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Fallopian tube drainage under ultrasound surveillance has a good clinical value in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility,and it is worth being widely used in clinic.
