冠心病患者血清胆红素与尿酸检验的诊断价值分析

Analysis of the application effect of serum bilirubin and uric acid on patients with coronary heart disease

目的研究在冠心病患者检验中采取血清胆红素水平与尿酸水平检验的效果和应用价值。方法选取2017年8月至2018年8月期间的33例冠心病患者作为实验组,和同时期的33例健康体检人员作为参照组,均予以两组受检人员血清胆红素与尿酸检验,对比两组受检人员血清胆红素水平与尿酸水平,观察不同Gresini积分(冠状动脉狭窄程度积分)下非结合胆红素、结合胆红素、总胆红素、尿酸等水平。结果参照组受检人员临床检验的非结合胆红素、结合胆红素、总胆红素、尿酸等水平对比实验组数据指标,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随着Gresini积分的增加,冠心病患者非结合胆红素、结合胆红素、总胆红素水平不断降低,尿酸水平不断升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取血清胆红素水平与尿酸水平检验冠心病患者有利于评估冠状动脉狭窄程度,为进一步改善预后和临床治疗提供依据,值得应用。

Objective To study the effect and application value of serum bilirubin level and uric acid level test in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods Thirty-three patients with coronary heart disease from August 2017 to August 2018 were selected as the experimental group.33 healthy medical examiners were selected as reference groups at the same period.Both groups were tested for serum bilirubin and uric acid.The serum bilirubin levels and uric acid levels were compared between the two groups.Observed with different Gresini scores(integration of coronary artery stenosis),unconjugated bilirubin,combined with bile Levels of erythropoietin,total bilirubin,uric acid,etc.Results The data of non-conjugated bilirubin,combined bilirubin,total bilirubin and uric acid in the reference group were compared with the experimental group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).With the increase of Gresini score,the levels of unconjugated bilirubin,bilirubin and total bilirubin in patients with coronary heart disease decreased continuously,and uric acid level increased continuously,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of serum bilirubin level and uric acid level in patients with coronary heart disease is helpful to evaluate the degree of coronary artery stenosis,and provide a basis for further improvement of prognosis and clinical treatment,which is worthy of application.
