运用微信群对房颤行射频消融术后出院患者管理的效果研究

Effect of WeChat group on the management of discharged patients with atrial fibrillation after radiofrequency ablation

目的探讨微信群对房颤行射频消融术后出院患者管理的效果。方法选取2017年7月至2018年6月在本科住院的行射频消融术的房颤患者60例,按住院时间随机分配,单号为实验组,双号为对照组,实验组与对照组各30例。对两组进行焦虑、抑郁程度,服药的依从性,心电图、凝血功能复查率,健康教育知识掌握率,并发症的发生率进行对比。结果在随访后的复查中,两组患者的焦虑、抑郁程度,服药的依从性,心电图、凝血功能复查率,健康教育知识掌握率以及并发症的发生率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微信群的运用对房颤行射频消融术后出院患者管理的效果良好,一定程度上提高了患者治疗依从性,降低了并发症的发生,减轻患者的心理和经济负担,生活质量得到改善。

Objective To investigate the effect of WeChat group on the management of patients with atrial fibrillation after radiofrequency ablation(RFCA).Methods From July 2017 to June 2018,60 patients with atrial fibrillation underwent radiofrequency ablation in our department.According to the time of hospitalization,the single number was randomly assigned as the experimental group,the double number as the control group,with 30 cases in each group.Anxiety,depression,compliance,electrocardiogram,reexamination rate of coagulation function,knowledge mastery of health education and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results In the follow-up review,there was significant difference between the two groups in anxiety,depression,compliance,electrocardiogram,reexamination rate of coagulation function,knowledge mastery of health education and incidence of complications(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of wechat group has a good effect on the management of discharged patients after radiofrequency ablation of atrial fibrillation.To some extent,it improves the compliance of patients with treatment,reduces the occurrence of complications and lightens the psychological and economic burden of patients.The quality of life has improved.
