摘要
系统回路是在学习机械设计与制造及流体传动与控制基础后,在模拟调试液压元件和现场实践经验的基础上,综合运用所学相关知识结合现场经验对片式负荷传感型多连阀液压调试系统的设计,根据多连阀变量特性的要求制定出可行性的方案,结合现场实际工作状况设计出合理的系统回路,以确保多连阀的溢流保护装置的起闭性和使用寿命。
This paper describes the hydraulic debugging equipment and the system circuit of the chip load sensing multi-valve.After learning the basis of mechanical design and manufacture,fluid transmission and control,and on the basis of simulating and debugging hydraulic components and field practice experience,the system loop synthetically uses the relevant knowledge and field experience to design the hydraulic debugging system of chip load sensing multi-valve.According to the requirement of variable characteristics of multi-valve,a feasible scheme is worked out,combining with the actual working conditions in the field.Reasonable system circuit is designed to ensure the starting and closing performance and service life of multi-valve relief protection device.
