高含泥金矿石选矿工艺技术改造

Technical renovation on the beneficiation process for highly argillaceous gold ores

摘要 某选矿厂处理矿石为蚀变岩型低硫化物含金矿石,其原生矿泥占比高达15%,导致生产流程运行不畅,选别困难。经过2次技术改造,采用粗碎+半自磨+球磨的碎磨流程及浮选柱优先浮选+浮选机粗、精、扫选的柱-机联合浮选流程,取得了良好的效果,生产规模由600t/d提高至1500t/d,金回收率提高1.48百分点,年创造效益1489.6万元,经济效益和社会效益显著。 An altered rock type low-sulfide gold-bearing ore with a primary slime content of up to 15 % is processed in a flotation plant,which is not a smooth production flowsheet and ineffective.Through 2 technical renovation,the coarse crushing+semi-auto grinding+ball mill grinding process and the preferential flotation with flotation column+roughing, cleaning and scavenging with column-cell joint flotation process are decided and have achieved good results:the production scale has increased from 600 t/d to 1 500 t/d,the gold recovery rate has increased by 1.48 percentage points,the annual profits created can be 14.896 million yuan.The process can generate great economic and social benefits.
