摘要
立磨机具有磨矿效率高、电耗低、介质消耗低等优点。介绍了立磨机的结构、工作原理及在金翅岭金矿氰化厂浮选金精矿再磨工艺中的应用。通过生产实践,确定了最优的运行条件:工作电流19~22A、磨矿浓度(75±5)%、介质充填率28%。与传统卧式球磨机相比,VTM-400立磨机可显著提高磨矿效果,-38μm粒级占比增加8.30百分点,金浸出率提高到98.55%,钢球单耗降低2.42kg/t,电耗降低23.34kW·h/t,运行成本节省394.94万元/a。
Vertical mills are efficient in grinding,cost less electricity and consume less media.The paper introduced the structure and working principles of the vertical mill and its application to the flotation gold concentrates regrinding process in the cyanide leaching plant of Jinchiling Gold Mine.The optimal working conditions are settled through production practice:the working electricity current is 19-22 A,the grinding concentration is (75±5)% and the packing rate of the media is 28 %.Compared to conventional horizontal ball mill,VTM-400 vertical mill can greatly improve grinding performance.The percentage -38 μm accounts for increases by 8.30 percentage points,the gold leach rate increases to 98.55 %,unit consumption of steel balls decreases by 2.42 kg/t,electricity consumption decreases by 23.34 kW · h/t,operation cost is saved by 3 949 400 yuan/a.
