GSK-3β和Snail在肺癌侵袭转移中的作用研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的检测肺癌组织中糖原合成酶激酶3β(GSK-3β)和锌指结构转录抑制因子Snail的表达,并探讨二者与临床病理特征的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测90例肺癌及相应癌旁正常肺组织中GSK-3β和Snail蛋白的表达情况。结果肺癌中GSK-3β的阳性表达率低于癌旁正常肺组织,二者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在肺癌中Snail的阳性表达率高于癌旁正常肺组织,二者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);GSK-3β和Snail的阳性表达率均与肿瘤分化程度、pTNM分期、淋巴结转移及术后生存时间有关(P<0.05)。GSK-3β蛋白的表达水平与Snail呈负相关(R=-0.374,P<0.05)。结论GSK-3β低表达、Snail高表达与肺癌的侵袭转移密切相关。 Objective To investigate the expression of glycogen synthase kinase-3 beta(GSK-3β) and Snail in lung cancer,and to explore their relationship with the clinicopathologic characteristics of lung cancer.Methods GSK-3β and Snail protein levels expressed were detected using immunohistochemistry in 90 cases of NSCLC and 90 cases of adjacent normal lung tissue.Results The positive expression rate of GSK-3β in lung cancer was 32.22%(29/90),which was significantly lower than that [74.44%(67/90)]in adjacent normal lung tissue(P<0.05).However the positive expression rate of Snail in lung cancer was significantly higher than that in adjacent normal lung tissue(P<0.05).The positive expression rates of GSK-3βand Snail were related to pathological type,the differentiation degree of tumor,TNM stage,lymph node metastasis and postoperative survival time of patients(P<0.05).In addition the expression levels of GSK-3β were negatively correlated with those of Snail(P<0.05).Conclusion The low-expression of GSK-3βand high-expression of Snail are related with the invasion and metastasis of lung carcinoma.
