三联手术治疗闭角型青光眼合并白内障疗效分析

Therapeutic effects of triple surgery on angle-closure glaucoma complicated by cataract

目的探讨白内障超声乳化吸除加非球面人工晶状体置入加小梁切除术(即三联手术)对闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析105例(105眼)闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者行超声乳吸除加非球面人工晶状体置入加小梁切除术临床的资料。结果术后随访时间180d,患者术后视力、眼压下降均优于术前(P<0.05),术中术后均未发生严重并发症。结论超声乳化白内障吸除加人工晶状体置入加小梁切除术是治疗闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者的一种方法,不良反应可以耐受,安全性良好,值得在临床上推广和应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of trabeculectomy combined with phacoemulsification and aspherical intraocular lens implantation(triple surgery) in treatment of angle-closure glaucoma complicated by cataract.Methods The clinical data about 105 patients with angle-closure glaucoma complicated by cataract(105 eyes) who were treated by triple surgery were retrospectively analyzed.Results The patients were followed up for 180 days after operation,and the patient’s visual acuity and intraocular pressure decrease after operation were superior to those before operation(P<0.05).Moreover no severe complications were found during operation and after operation.Conclusion The triple surgery is a safe,effective and economic treatment way for patients with angle closure glaucoma coexisting cataract.
