基质金属蛋白酶-1的表达与头颈皮肤鳞癌发生发展的关系研究

Correlation of the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-1 with occurrence and development of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma

目的研究基质金属蛋白酶-1(MMP-1)的表达与头颈皮肤鳞癌发生发展的相关性。方法82例头颈皮肤鳞癌患者作为研究组,80例健康成年人作为对照组,分别进行癌组织、癌旁组织及正常皮肤组织的MMP-1检测,计算MMP-1阳性表达率。结果研究组MMP-1阳性表达率高于对照组(P<0.05);分化型鳞癌MMP-1阳性表达率高于未分化型鳞癌(P<0.05);鳞癌组织MMP-1阳性表达率高于癌旁组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论MMP-1在分化型头颈皮肤鳞癌表达更多,对其发生及发展中具有重要意义,能够成为临床上诊断疾病、评估病情的主要指标,具有推广及应用的价值。

Objective To investigate the correlation of the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-1(MMP-1) with the occurrence and development of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma(HNSCC).Methods Eighty-two patients with HNSCC were enrolled as the research group,and 80 healthy adults were selected as the control group.MMP-1 was detected in cancer tissues,adjacent normal tissues and normal skin tissues,and the positive expression rate of MMP-1 was calculated.Results The positive expression rate of MMP-1 in research group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of MMP-1 in differentiated HNSCC was significantly higher than that in undifferentiated HNSCC(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of MMP-1 in cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent normal tissues(P<0.05).Conclusion MMP-1 is more expressed in differentiated HNSCC,which is of important significance in its occurrence and development.Therefore,it can become a main index for clinical diagnosis and assessment of the disease,and is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
