腹腔镜造口旁疝补片修补术的应用效果分析

Application effects of laparoscopic neoplasty in treatment of parastomal hernia

目的探讨腹腔镜造口旁疝补片修补术的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2012年6月至2015年6月收治的38例Miles术后发生造口旁疝的患者。所有患者均应用防粘连补片Keyhole术式在腹腔镜下进行造口旁疝修补术。观察患者手术和术后恢复情况。结果38例患者的手术均获得成功,手术时间(80.4±22.7)min,术中出血量(22.1±3.3)ml,疝环直径(6.5±1.2)cm,术后肠道功能恢复时间(2.2±0.2)d,术后住院时间(6.5±1.2)d。随访(15.3±3.8)个月,7例复发,占18.4%。结论腹腔镜下应用防粘连补片行造口旁疝修补术疗效和安全性较好,复发率较低。

Objective To investigate the application effects of laparoscopic neoplasty in treatment of parastomal hernia.Methods The clinical data about 38 patients with parastomal hernia after Miles operation who were treated in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2015 were retrospectively analyzed.All the patients were treated by laparoscopic parastomal herniorrhaphy with anti-adhesion patch Keyhole procedure.The operation status and recovery condition after operation were observed.Results All the 38 patients were operated successfully.The operation time was(80.4±22.7) min,the bleeding volume was(22.1±3.3) ml,the diameter of hernia ring was(6.5±1.2) cm,and the recovery time of intestinal function after operation was(2.2±0.2) d,and the hospital stay was(6.5±1.2) d.During the follow-up period(15.3±3.8)months,7 cases(18.4%) relapsed.Conclusion The laparoscopic repairing of parastomal hernia with anti-adhesion patch is effective and safe,with lower recurrence rate.
