Objective To investigate the curative effects uremic clearance and atorvastatin in treatment of patients with diabetic nephropathy during maintenance hemodialysis. Methods A total of 96 patients with diabetic nephropathy during maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital from August 2016 to November 2017 were enrolled in the study, who were divided into reference group and experimental group according to sequential method. The patients in reference group were treated by routine dialysis + basic treatment, however, the patients in experimental group,on the basis of reference group, were treated by uremic clearance combined with atorvastatin. The micro-inflammatory factors, blood lipid levels and therapeutic effects were observed and compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the levels of micro inflammatory factors,LDL-C,TC,TG in experimental group were significantly lower than those in reference group(P<0.05),however,the levels of HDL-C in experimental group were significantly higher than those in reference group(P<0.05).Moreover the therapeutic effects in experimental group were superior to those in reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of uremic clearance combined with atorvastatin in treatment of patients with diabetic nephropathy during maintenance hemodialysis can effectively improve the levels of microinflammation and blood lipids, and its clinical curative effects are relatively significant, therefore, which is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
