摘要 目的研究25~45Gyγ射线辐照对红细胞制品质量的影响。方法选取20袋健康志愿者新鲜全血(每袋400mL),每袋分为4份,将其设为对照组(无γ射线辐照)、观察1组(25Gyγ射线辐照)、观察2组(35Gyγ射线辐照)和观察3组(45Gyγ射线辐照),对比分析4组红细胞制品第0、7、14、21、28天的红细胞活性等。结果第0、7、14、21、28天4组的腺苷三磷酸(ATP)、2,3-二磷酸甘油酸(2,3-DPG)、游离血红蛋白(FHb)、红细胞最小抵抗力和最大抵抗力比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察1、2、3组的淋巴细胞增殖抑制率均较高,但组间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);第7、14、21、28天观察1、2、3组的钾离子(K+)水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用25~45Gyγ射线辐照红细胞制品对红细胞活性、功能均无明显影响,但能显著抑制淋巴细胞增殖,防止输血相关性移植物抗宿主病(TA-GVHD)发生。 Objective To studied the effect of 25-45 Gy gamma irradiation on the quality of red blood cell products.Methods A total of 20 bags of healthy volunteers were selected as fresh whole blood 400 mL each bag,and each bag was divided into 4 parts.The control group(no gamma ray irradiation),observation 1 groups(25 Gy gamma ray irradiation),observation 2 groups(35 Gy gamma ray irradiation)and observation 3 groups(45 Gy gamma ray irradiation)were observed,the erythrocyte activity of four groups of red blood cell products at 7th,14th,21th and 28th day were collected and compared.Results There was no significant difference in ATP,2,3-diphosphate glyceric acid(2,3-DPG),free hemoglobin(FHb),erythrocyte minimum resistance and maximum resistance between groups at 7th,14th,21th and 28th day(P>0.05).The proliferation inhibition rate of the lymphocyte in the observation 1,2,3 groups were higher,however,there were no significant difference between groups(P>0.05).On the 7th,14th,21th and 28th day,there were no significant difference in potassium ion(K+)levels among the three observation groups(P>0.05),but they were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Radiation of erythrocyte products by 25-45 Gy gamma rays has no significant effect on erythrocyte activity and function,but it can inhibit the proliferation of lymphocytes and prevent the occurrence of TA-GVHD.
