随着大数据时代的到来和云计算技术的发展,数据量巨大、数据增长速度极快是新时期的两个典型特点,复杂多变的决策环境为决策支持系统提出了更高的要求,为其发展带来了更多的阻力。在大众创业、万众创新的时代背景下,高校在技术创新方面有不凡的表现,高校技术人员在各个领域对技术专家咨询的需求越来越旺盛。为了满足高校科研人员对各个领域技术专家咨询的需求,根据目前国内高校对技术专家的咨询需求情况以及技术咨询便利性角度,本研究从业务流程、系统体系结构、系统组成等方面对高校技术专家咨询系统进行了设计和实现。

With the development of big data and cloud computing,huge and fast-growing data are new typical characteristics.Owing to complicated and changeable decision environment,the development of decision support systems will come up against more resistance and higher request.In the context of mass entrepreneurship and innovation,universities have a good performance in technical innovation and their employees want to know more in aspect of technical export advice for different research fields.In order to meet their demands,this study designs and implements the university technical expert advisory system from business processes,system architecture and composition,based on domestic situation and convenience.
